Two finnish outdoor saunas, one finnish indoor sauna, a steam bath, a bio sauna, a herbal sauna and other relaxing offers.
The healthy pleasure is completed by professional "aufguss" ceremonies, lotions and peelings.

In this cabin, body heat is increased through infrared rays. These penetrate the skin tissue to a depth of 4 cm without overheating the epidermis and are absorbed by the body up to 90%. |

Have you heard about the Aufguss ritual? Aufguss is German for Infusion. Based on an ancient practice, this ritual heightens the effects of the traditional vaporization technique by using water enriched with natural essential oils. So when the water is poured onto the heated stones of a sauna, a burst of vapour with health enhancing properties is released.
Location: Finnish sauna (indoor, outdoor or panoramic sauna - depending on attendence)
Duration: approximatively 10-12 minutes
